Qualifications The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in a software or web service company. Experience managing technical projects and the ability to work with agile teams and influence their decision-making are key requirements. You should be highly organized, and have excellent interpersonal skills and an affinity for technology. You’ll have demonstrable experience in identifying new business opportunities and in developing and implementing plans that capitalize on these opportunities. All candidates must have a BA or BS; an MBA is highly desired; a degree in a CS field is a huge plus. You must be proficient in a variety of analytical tools and have an excellent understanding of ecommerce metrics.
